Next Day Shipping on orders placed by 4:00pm EDT M-F via USPS Ground Advantage Mail unless another shipping option is chosen at checkout. Please allow 3-5 business days to arrive.

USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express are available.
Wholesale customers always ship UPS for tracking purposes.
If you ordered an item that wasn't delivered, we're here to help! Please email info@hangloosebands.com and we will look into it right away.
Please note international orders there is slight risk due to shipping distance. Once your bands are shipped, we aren't responsible for lost packages. Note however, we will do our best to help locate your package to make sure it arrives safely.
