Refund Policy

We are happy to help return or exchange your order.

Returns are accepted 7 days of receiving your order with the following conditions:

• Bands must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Bands must be in original condition, include original packaging, unworn and free of any damages unless from a manufacturer defect. 
• Sale or discounted purchases are Final Sale.
• Please allow 5 - 7 days for your credit card company to process.

If your return does not meet these conditions we will reach out to you. Please understand we reserve the right to deny a refund if items show signs of wear or damage. 

Making a Return:

1. Pack your bands and drawstring pouches in a secured envelope.
2. Enclose a copy of your receipt or order number.
3. Mail to the address below:

Processing Time:
Once we receive your package please allow up to 3 business days to process. Once processed you will be notified via email.
